Performance Optimization tools in Biz talk

You could use the PAL tool while you run this process to help you determine (possible) bottle neck(s) are.  PAL is a free tool which essentially collects Perf Counters and then generates an easy to read report. For guidance see this post by Kent. For your BizTalk environment in general you can use BPA and BizTalk Benchmark Wizard. For reference you also look at optimization guide, i.e. BTS 2010, BTS 2009, and BTS 2006(R2)
